1. Scope of service. IPMYP provides network tools, reports, API access, notifications and monitoring facilities on a best-effort basis and according to the active plan. Features, quotas, retention periods and delivery channels may differ by plan and configuration.
2. Internet and upstream infrastructure. Availability, latency and result accuracy may be affected by country-wide or regional internet disruption, filtering or access restrictions, national-network policies, telecommunications operators, data centers, DNS or BGP routing, cloud and third-party API providers, sanctions or upstream access limitations, power failures, maintenance, cyberattacks and other events outside IPMYP's reasonable control. IPMYP does not control those external systems and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or delivery during such events.
3. Monitoring disclaimer. Monitoring results and alerts are observations from the configured probe path and are not an absolute guarantee of service availability. Delayed checks, missed alerts, false positives, false negatives, incomplete evidence or an Unknown result may occur because of network conditions, upstream failures, scheduler delays, provider outages, configuration errors or internal engine faults. An internal probe failure must not automatically be interpreted as customer downtime. Monitoring must not be the sole basis for safety-critical, financial, medical, legal or other mission-critical decisions. The customer is responsible for independent verification, redundancy, backups and an appropriate incident-response process.
4. Authorized and lawful use. You confirm that you are authorized to test or monitor every target you submit. You are responsible for target accuracy, credentials, notification recipients, lawful use, and compliance with the rules applicable to your organization and jurisdiction. Abuse, unauthorized scanning or attempts to bypass limits may result in suspension.
5. Purchases and delivery. A purchase grants the capabilities described for the selected plan or package. Activation, payment confirmation, notifications or external delivery may be delayed by payment gateways, banks, telecommunications networks, email providers, messaging platforms or internet disruption. Nothing in this agreement removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
6. Limitation of responsibility. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IPMYP is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from unavailable service, delayed or inaccurate monitoring, missed notifications, upstream failure, customer misconfiguration or reliance on a single monitoring source. Customers remain responsible for maintaining suitable operational controls.
7. Acceptance and changes. By signing in or starting a purchase after selecting the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read and accepted the current version of this agreement. Material changes create a new agreement version and may require acceptance again.
